    ScheduleTickSignalAgent: (
        input: ScheduleTickSignalAgentInput,
    ) => Promise<ScheduleAgentDispatchReceipt>

    Target-thread signal dispatch. Direct starts are reserved for threadless targets. A signalAgent that throws for a non-2xx response carries the status answered by the thread Durable Object's signal route as a numeric status property. An adapter that reaches the route through another hop must not forward that hop's own status as a refusal. Statuses 400, 403, 404 and 422, which includes a signal content denial, fail this fire, and the schedule keeps firing, unless the target already stored a receipt for the fire, which then decides it. Any other failure is retried on a later pass. A signalAgent that calls the thread host in process and lets a runtime refusal escape fails the fire when the refusal's status, the one the run object answers it with, is 400 or 404, while the same refusal through a thread object's signal route answers 502 and is retried. The 404 classification assumes D1 reads see the tick's own writes, using the default primary-consistent D1 access without read-replication sessions.
